DomeWorks · Intelligence Infrastructure
Your team bought AI tools. Now what?
Two starting points, depending on the shape of your team. Owner-operators figure out what's worth using. Leaders build what comes between the tools their engineers already have.

Which one sounds like you?
Track A · Owner-operator
You run a services business.
$3M to $10M in revenue, 10 to 50 people. AI tools keep coming, admin keeps piling up, and you want to know what's actually worth your attention and what to leave alone.

Track B · Leaders running teams
You lead a team inside a larger org.
50 to 500 people. Your team already uses AI tools. Individual productivity is up. Team-level throughput is flat. You need the infrastructure between the tools, not another tool.

Common questions
What people ask first
What does DomeWorks do?
DomeWorks builds the systems around AI tools. Two starting points: an AI Tools Assessment for owner-operated services firms picking what to use, and infrastructure builds (Scan, Context Build, Orchestration Build, Fractional) for leaders running engineering teams of 50 to 500.
What is the difference between the SMB track and the Leaders track?
The SMB track is for owner-operators with $3M to $10M in revenue and 10 to 50 people. It starts with a 45-minute AI Tools Assessment for $999. The Leaders track is for VPs and senior leaders inside larger orgs running engineering teams of 50 to 500. It starts with a 48-hour AI Scan at $2,500 to $3,500.
How much does DomeWorks cost?
SMB Assessment: $999 flat. Leaders AI Scan: $2,500 to $3,500 fixed. Larger Build engagements (Context Build, Orchestration Build) and Fractional AI Leadership are quoted per scope, typically $3K to $15K+. Pricing is fixed per engagement, never billed by the hour.
Who is DomeWorks for?
Two audiences. Owner-operated services businesses (accounting, dental, medical, insurance, mortgage) with 10 to 50 people who want to know what AI is actually worth their attention. And leaders running engineering or operations teams of 50 to 500 inside larger organizations whose teams have AI tools but flat team-level throughput.
How is DomeWorks different from a typical AI consulting firm?
Three differences. (1) Working systems, not strategy decks: every engagement ends with something installed, not a slide deck. (2) Fixed price, fixed scope: no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. (3) No reselling: the action plan recommends existing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Karbon, Dext) without affiliate deals or vendor lock-in.
Where is DomeWorks based?
Remote, US-based. The SMB track is locally-tagged for Henderson and Las Vegas, NV firms. The Leaders track works with engineering organizations across the US.
