Where I work
DomeWorks is based in Henderson and serves the Las Vegas metro: Las Vegas proper, Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas. For SMB engagements I show up in person for discovery calls when it helps.
Outside the metro: most engagements run remote. I take Fractional AI leadership retainers from anywhere in the US.

AI Audit · $999
45-minute discovery call. Written action plan in 48 hours. Review call. The plan names the 3 to 7 tools that actually fit your workflows and explicitly flags the workflows where AI is the wrong answer. Refund if it doesn't earn the price.
Build · $3K to $15K fixed scope
If the audit surfaces something worth installing, I scope a fixed-price build: context system, agent workflow, quality gates. Fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly billing.
Light retainer · $500 to $1,500/month
Optional. Once the system is installed, a light monthly retainer keeps it maintained as your tools and team change. Cancel any month. Many clients run on their own after the build.

$999 flat for the standard SMB AI Audit. That includes a 45-minute discovery call, a written action plan in 48 hours, and a review call. If you don't find it valuable, I refund. No conditions.
Do you only work with Las Vegas businesses?
Most local engagements are within the LV Metro area: Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas. I take remote engagements too, particularly for the larger Fractional retainer work. But local visits are part of the price for SMB clients in the metro.
What if AI is the wrong answer for my business?
Half the value of an audit is hearing 'don't use AI for that.' If the workflow is broken, AI makes it broken faster. If the volume is too low, the integration cost outweighs the savings. The action plan flags those workflows explicitly. I'd rather tell you to hire the person you were going to hire anyway than sell you software that won't pay back.
